‘Rest’ – inspired by the set of six tapestries woven in the 15th century telling the story of The Unicorn Hunt. This print takes inspiration from the sixth tapestry and tells the story of the once freely roaming unicorn now in a ‘beautiful’ captivity. The original tapestry was woven in silk, gold and fine wools, depicting the unicorn along with the flowers – pansies, ragged robin, violets, harebells, and other wildflowers.
